The Shop Bar started with a simple idea: why choose between a great coffee shop and a great bar when you can have both? Located on the heart of 1st Street in Idaho Falls, we've built a space that welcomes you the same way — no matter what time you walk in.
By day, our counter is all about precision — single-origin pour-overs, smooth lattes, and a menu of fresh, simple food for anyone needing a real break. By night, the same space transforms: the espresso machine steps aside, and our cocktails take the stage with locally sourced spirits and house-made syrups.
